The Siemens controller with Shopmill Conversational Programming is state of the art technology and is aimed at reducing expensive operator data input. Whether it be high volume production or complex jobbing machining, we can handle your computer controlled milling requirements.
We are experienced in machining a large range of plastics, including Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethulene (UHMWPE),Teflon, Ertalite, Acetal, LFX, PVC, Perspex and Phenolics such as Tufnol. We source these materials at competitive rates to the benefit of you, our customer.
